    As President and CEO of CSR, Steve Bonafede is responsible for the day to day operations of the real estate division. A native of the Santa Clara Valley and graduate of San Jose State University, Steve has deeply rooted ties to the community and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. With a long history of personal success in the real estate business, Steve brings a wealth of experience to the table. As one of the company's founders, Steve believes that strong ethics, integrity and teamwork are CSR's core values.

    Steve's main responsibilities include the recruiting and training of highly skilled realtors. Using his past experiences and successes to assist all of our agents is something in which he takes great pride. Steve personifies the principles on which CSR was founded: namely that a positive attitude and superior knowledge of the real estate industry allows all of us at CSR to create a winning atmosphere that makes our clients very satisfied.

    Creating a real estate and loan company dedicated to making the home buying or selling process an efficient and friendly experience for all of our clients was the driving force behind the opening of CSR. As one of the company's founders, Brian Bonafede is strongly committed to this ideal. As the Chief Financial Officer, Brian plays an important role in driving the company strategy as well as implementing the programs and processes to ensure success. With a degree in Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University as well as a background in various industries including finance, electronics, software, construction and project management, Brian brings invaluable experience and a proven track record of success to his position at CSR.

    Additionally, as a lifetime resident of San Jose, Brian is passionate about working to improve our community. Under his leadership, CSR has been involved in numerous community and charitable events ranging from our annual golf tournament benefiting the Autism Tree Project Foundation, to our involvement with the Marine Corps League. Along with his wife and three children, Brian Bonafede will remain an integral member of the community for years to come.

    As the CEO of the commercial real estate division of CSR, Tony Odom oversees this entire department. He is responsible for all of the commercial real estate transactions including leases, sub leases, property development, design options and the buying or selling of commercial property and businesses. Tony has worked in this field for several years and brings with him a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and business brokerage. Whether it is general office space, retail space, medical, light industrial or mixed use properties, Tony can assist all clients with all types of properties. His extensive knowledge of building plans, drawings and permits also allows Tony to work with architects, general contractors and other service providers to assist his clients in obtaining exactly what it is they are looking for.

    A graduate from Washington State University, Tony moved to the Bay Area in 1989. As a local resident, Tony has a very good understanding of the commercial real estate in this area and strives to leverage his experience in every transaction. He is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers.

    Starting his profession in real estate as a licensed salesperson, Terry quickly realized that this was an industry where he could create a career. As an agent, he effectively marketed residential, commercial and multi-family dwellings for Silicon Valley residents, investors and corporate transferees. Terry gained a keen understanding of the escrow process and the ability to problem solve in demanding situations, a skill he relies upon every day as a mentor, coach and teacher to his agents.

    As one of the founders of Intero Real Estate services in 2002, Terry focused on the recruiting and hiring the management team as well as developing company policy & standards, creating vision & values and was a critical ingredient in growing the company to 1800 agents and 40 offices. During his tenure as the Executive Vice President, Terry specialized in developing the company’s ancillary services including improving mortgage and title capture rates in each office.

    As a Founder of Intero, Inc. and Chief Operations Officer for Intero Silicon Valley, Terry Meyer utilized his 30 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry and his unparalleled knowledge to the great advantage of his team of agents.

    Education is an essential element in Terry’s approach to success. With a robust curriculum that promotes goal setting, business planning and accountability, Terry sets a standard that most agents are eager to achieve. Terry’s active involvement as a Director in the California Association of Realtors keeps him current in the development in legislative, economic and environmental issues in the state.

    With over 20 years of experience, Janie brings a broad base of knowledge to CSR's property management division. She provides comprehensive management services that strive for a win-win for all parties, keeping both owners and tenants satisfied.

    A native of the Santa Clara Valley, Janie believes in giving back to the community. She is a member of the Campbell Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as President Elect.
